Memorials created for members of the U.S. Military and/or other uniformed public services who have lost their lives in the line of duty while serving, protecting, and/or defending the American people are free of charge. The price for posting all other permanent on-line memorials on web pages dedicated to each person’s hometown and on up to two additional community’s web pages is only $9.95 per memorial during our present limited-time offer.
There are no monthly fees associated with permanently hosting a memorial. All memorials are also accompanied by a free thirty day trial period.
America’s Online Memorials, LLC. provides a free 30-day trial period for all online memorials created and published on its website www.AmericasMemorials.com. If a website user or customer is dissatisfied with his or her free 30-day trial memorial he or she should not submit payment for that memorial. The memorial will then automatically expire and be removed from the website as the free 30-day trial period comes to an end. Once a memorial has been paid for and is accepted by the customer as a permanent memorial (during or following the free 30-day trial period) no refunds will be issued. A memorial however may be removed at any time by the memorial’s gaurdian or by our management team if we receive a verified request from the memorial’s registered guardian or if the content is deemed offensive and inappropriate in accordance with our Terms of Use contract.
Customers are advised to take full advantage of the free 30-day trial period to decide whether or not they truly wish to pay for, accept, and publish their memorials as permanent on www.AmericasMemorials.com.
